She has since worked across family and domestic violence, disability, and community mental health, always centring the voices of those she supports. Her approach is grounded in social justice, neurodiversity-affirming principles, and a trauma-responsive lens that honours everyone’s lived experience and capacity for growth.

Known for her unwavering compassion and clarity, Kellie works alongside individuals and families to co-create goals that are meaningful, strengths-based, and achievable. She believes true support comes through partnership, not prescription—balancing power and fostering connection in every therapeutic interaction.

In 2024, Kellie co-founded Expressive Mind Therapy with her husband, Nathan, to deliver high-quality, accessible, and multidisciplinary allied health services to the South Coast of NSW and beyond. Through this work, she continues to make a meaningful impact, leading a team committed to authenticity, equity, and person-led care.
